Owner of the Light & Shade Salon, Emi has been in the beauty industry for 14+ years. For most of these years she's been working for a high-end beauty salon in Bellevue, WA, continuously perfecting her skills towards mastering a wide range of hair styling techniques.

Emi specializes in classic and fashion cuts, keratin straightening, various coloring techniques such as balayage, ombre, dimensional and corrective coloring, highlighting, etc.

The Light & Shade Salon proudly uses the L'Oréal professional product line, including the revolutionary no-ammonia permanent color brand INOA, with Oil Delivery System (ODS2) technology.

The primary goal of the Light & Shade Salon is to help clients look their best by creating a hairstyle that suites both shape and lifestyle, mixing the exquisite and delicate ingredients of beauty – light and shade – in a most fashionable way.
